Heavy Equipment Operator

We are in search of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ufa. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment while following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to management
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine where equipment should be placed
- Load and unload materials using the equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in a construction setting
- Physically fit and able to work long hours in various weather conditions

Preferred:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Experience working on construction sites in Ufa or similar environments
