Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and other professionals involved in the design and construction process
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review project proposals and participate in the selection of contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee the development of architectural designs, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Make necessary adjustments to plans or budgets as needed to ensure project success
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Experience working on large scale projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
