Online Consultant (English-speaking) - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our English-speaking clients. Your main duty will be to assist clients with online inquiries and provide them with accurate and timely information. This is a part-time position, perfect for those looking for flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to online inquiries from English-speaking clients in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to clients' questions or concerns
- Assist clients with navigating our website and online services
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain a detailed record of all client interactions for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales would be an asset
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer programs and navigating the internet

Working Conditions:
