We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania on a contract basis. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance to our English speaking clients through various online channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services
- Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Troubleshooting technical problems with our online platform and providing solutions
- Building strong relationships with customers through positive interactions and excellent customer service
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of various online platforms and tools
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively

Salary: $900 USD per month
