Part-Time Computer Support Specialist



We are currently seeking a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Washington. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing technical assistance via phone, email or in-person
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems, printers, and other devices
- Conducting regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Setting up new user accounts and assisting with account management
- Training users on basic computer functions and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with various operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology or related field
- Customer service experience
- Experience with remote support tools

Salary: $1500 per month (based on experience)
