IT Support Specialist


We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our company's customers. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. The candidate must also be able to work independently and in a team environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary: $1500 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries from customers via phone or email.
- Troubleshoot system issues reported by customers and provide timely solutions.
- Install and configure computer systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure quick resolution of complex issues.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Assist with training new employees on technical procedures.
- Create user manuals for new software or hardware installations.
