IT Manager
Location: Faroe Islands, Denmark (open to all nationalities)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and systems. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for our company's IT needs, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technology services.
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of all computer systems and networks.
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting the company's technology requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements or updates to our systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and cloud computing.
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
