As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and even finish. You will also be required to repair damaged plaster surfaces and prepare surfaces for painting or wallpapering.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be plastered
- Prepare walls and ceilings by cleaning and smoothing surfaces
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios
- Apply plaster using hand tools or machines
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure an even finish
- Repair damaged areas with new plaster or patching compound
- Prepare surfaces for painting or wallpapering by sanding, priming, or applying sealant

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Own transportation preferred
