Facade Installation Technician



As a Facade Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining facades on various buildings in Moscow. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Utilize various tools and equipment to complete installations, including scaffolding, cranes, drills, and saws
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation process
- Inspect existing facades for damage or wear and make necessary repairs
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate installation process
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to facade installation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in construction or building maintenance preferred but not required
- Physical strength and ability to work at heights using scaffolding or ladders as needed
- Technical knowledge of building materials, tools, and equipment used in facade installation
- Attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and proper placement of facade components
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with project managers and team members

Salary: $1200 per month (dependent on experience)

Location: Moscow (open to Kenyan nationals)

Language Requirements: Fluent in English (Russian language skills preferred but not required)

Experience Level: Entry-level (no previous experience required)
