Experienced Turner in Bungoma, Kenya


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Turner to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Turner, you will play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintaining various machines used to shape and cut metal parts.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines such as lathes, grinders, and drills to fabricate metal parts according to precise specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications for the final product
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Troubleshoot any machinery issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Turner in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficient in operating various machinery used in turning processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality work within tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in English

Salary: $1200 per month

This is a full-time position with part-time opportunities available. Accommodation will not be provided, but we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for selected candidates.
