Seasonal Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Eschen, Liechtenstein (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Seasonal Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Eschen, Liechtenstein. This is a seasonal position, perfect for freshers or individuals looking for short-term employment. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and other activities
- Arrange transportation and coordinate luggage handling for guests
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current events, local news, and cultural activities in the area
- Assist with organizing special requests such as flowers or gifts for guests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid visa to work in Liechtenstein (no English language requirement)
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language knowledge is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1300$ per month (paid bi-weekly)

Please note that this job does not include accommodation. The selected candidate will be responsible for finding their own accommodation during the duration of the seasonal contract.
