Restaurant Manager (Seasonal)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mauren for the busy summer season. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Create schedules for employees and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle complaints or issues from customers in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and employee performance
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve overall efficiency

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in basic accounting principles for managing expenses
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1700$ per month (plus tips)
Nationality Preference: Pakistani or Nepali (with valid work visa)
Language Requirement: No English proficiency required
Experience Requirement: None required (training will be provided)
