Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our hotel in Salalah. You will assist the Concierge in various tasks such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and activities. Your main goal will be to ensure that guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our hotel.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. We are also open to candidates without prior experience who possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
