Sales Manager

We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets, as well as strong leadership skills. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with existing clients
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a successful sales team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity in the relevant industry
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Salary: The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location: This position is based in Faisalabad, but candidates from other cities may also apply.

Employment Type: This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time in the future.
