Sales Manager for Faisalabad, Pakistan
We are a leading company in the sales industry and we are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Set sales targets and track performance against them
- Train and coach sales representatives on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service
- Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
