Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth in Faisalabad. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and meet sales targets set by the company. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize productivity
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide necessary training or coaching when needed
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Faisalabad market
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, principles, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
