A reputable construction company in Monte Carlo, Monaco is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on construction projects, ensuring that they meet high-quality standards and client specifications. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals without prior experience who are eager to learn and develop their skills in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply finishes such as paint, varnish, or stain to surfaces according to project plans
- Sand rough areas and seal joints between surfaces before applying finishes
- Use tools such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply finishes
- Remove old finishes using chemicals or sandpaper before applying new ones
- Fill cracks or holes with putty or caulking to prepare surfaces for finishing
- Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.
