English Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team at a prestigious language school in Eldoret. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English as a second language to students of various levels and ages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive and engaging lessons that cater to the needs of individual students
- Incorporate multimedia resources and technology in teaching to enhance learning
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and share best practices
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Proven experience as an English teacher or similar role
- Excellent command of the English language
- Passion for teaching and working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for foreign teachers.
