Instrument Technician

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Doha. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial and commercial settings. This position requires proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electronic and mechanical equipment, as well as knowledge of various testing methods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control valves
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty instrumentation equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance on instruments to ensure optimal performance
- Use various testing methods to diagnose issues with instrumentation systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and completed tasks
- Communicate with engineers and other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Instrumentation or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial or commercial setting
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of various testing methods such as voltage meters, ammeters, and oscilloscopes
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
