CNC Operator - Nairobi, Kenya

Seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate should have experience operating and maintaining CNC machines, as well as knowledge of programming and tooling. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation and training will be provided for candidates without experience. As a CNC Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up and operating CNC machines according to specifications
- Monitoring machine operations and making adjustments as needed
- Inspecting finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshooting issues with machines or programs
- Maintaining inventory of materials and tools
- Cleaning and maintaining machines regularly
- Following safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating CNC machines or related equipment
- Knowledge of programming and tooling for CNC machines
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
