We are in search of a passionate and dedicated English Tutor to join our team in Lom. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans based on the individual needs and goals of each student
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of improvement
- Provide engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching methods
- Help students develop their vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and overall language proficiency
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to develop effective teaching strategies
- Stay updated on current language learning trends and resources
- Assist with test preparation for standardized exams such as TOEFL or IELTS

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (preferably Indian nationality)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others learn and improve their English language skills
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with students of different ages and levels
- Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
