Merchandiser - Acre, India

As the Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products to be sold in our stores, ensuring that they meet our company's quality standards and appeal to our target market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Researching market trends and customer preferences to identify potential products
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable terms
- Monitoring inventory levels and making purchasing decisions accordingly
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective product displays and promotions
- Tracking sales data and adjusting purchasing strategies as needed
- Conducting regular store visits to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and product selection processes
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Acre, India if not currently residing there
