Body Repair Master

A prestigious body repair shop in Jerusalem is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Perform body repair work, including dent removal, panel replacement, and paint touch-ups
- Utilize various tools and techniques to shape, smooth, and align vehicle surfaces
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently to meet high quality standards
- Collaborate with other team members to develop repair plans and timelines
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on each vehicle
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair updates and any additional work needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on vehicles

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in a reputable body shop
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for body repairs
- Strong knowledge of different types of vehicles, their structures, and common damages/repairs needed
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work
- Good communication skills in Hebrew (English proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
- Passion for the automotive industry
