As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner, maximizing sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the buying and marketing teams to plan and execute visual displays that align with our brand image.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with current fashion trends
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit stores to ensure product displays are visually appealing and follow brand guidelines
- Set up displays according to planograms provided by the buying team
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to the buying team
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and events
- Train store employees on proper product placement and display techniques
- Attend trade shows to stay updated on industry trends
