Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Nakuru is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage and oversee construction teams, including contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee project budgets and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
