Office Manager - Balzers, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Balzers, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an office manager and possess strong communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English is not required for this position. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing schedules, filing systems, and office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Act as a liaison between employees and management
- Train and supervise junior administrative staff
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise junior staff members
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
