Civil Engineer - Khanpur, Pakistan



A reputable construction company in Khanpur is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and design construction projects according to client needs and specifications
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for materials, equipment, and labor
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Supervise and direct construction workers on site
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Valid professional license or certification preferred
