Job Title: Junior Information Security Analyst


We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Information Security Analyst to join our team in Almada. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Investigate security breaches and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of network protocols and operating systems
- Familiarity with security tools such as Nessus, Nmap, and Wireshark
- Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and attack methods
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer competitive salary starting at 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Almada, Portugal. We provide accommodation for our employees if needed.
