Junior Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in the US. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our team of architects and designers to assist in the design and construction of various building projects. This is a full-time position, perfect for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts for projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and assist with measuring existing buildings
- Research building materials and products to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
- Communicate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to coordinate project specifications
- Attend meetings with clients to present design proposals
- Assist with project documentation and record keeping

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural drafting or design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other related software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $900 per week.

Location:
Our office is located in the US. While we welcome all applicants, preference will be given to those who are already based in the US.
