Executive Chef at Luxury Hotel in Monte-Carlo
We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations at our luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes, as well as a strong background in fine dining and hotel kitchen management. As the head of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for menu development, food cost control, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop creative menus that reflect the highest standards of culinary excellence
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Manage food cost control and maintain profitability for the restaurant
- Oversee kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Proven ability to manage food cost control while maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience in menu development and creating innovative dishes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Monte-Carlo (accommodation provided)
