As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team in Odense. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue through effective leadership and strategic planning. You will be required to have at least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful team is essential. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with clients and other departments within the company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, without accommodation. We offer free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Provide training and support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and come up with effective strategies
- High level of organization and time-management skills
