Sales Manager
Our company, a leading sales and marketing firm in Odense, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
- Participate in industry events and conferences to expand network and promote company services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to travel for business purposes
