We are hiring an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company. This is a full-time contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and processes
- Manage the schedules and calendars of company executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage travel arrangements for employees
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all work tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have a valid visa to work in Qatar
