Female Administrator
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual? Do you have experience in administrative tasks? Our company is seeking a Female Administrator to join our team in Muharraq. As a Female Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
