Office Manager - Herzliya, Egypt
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is suitable for men who have experience in a similar position and are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as maintaining records, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the company.
- Train and supervise office staff to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Fluent English skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
