Concierge Assistant

The ideal candidate for this position would be an English-speaking graduate with exceptional customer service skills. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the concierge in providing excellent service to our guests. This includes greeting and assisting guests with their needs, making reservations and recommendations, and ensuring that all requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the lobby area and providing general support to the concierge team. The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a positive attitude is essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month in the bustling city of Los Angeles. Indian nationals with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
