Office Manager
Location: Eldoret, Kenya
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and possess strong communication and leadership skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including budgeting, purchasing, and scheduling
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
