Online Consultant - Triesen, Contract Position

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Online Consultant to join our growing team in Triesen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through online channels such as chat, email, and phone. You will also be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients through online channels
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on client needs
- Keep track of customer interactions and update records with relevant information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role (online experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various online tools and platforms

Salary: $1200 per month (with potential for commission/bonuses)
Location: Triesen (with accommodation provided)
