We are in search of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Multan, Pakistan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. This position comes with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take orders and prepare coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks served
- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our menu offerings
- Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- A friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
