Preservation Architect (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Gujrat. In this role, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while ensuring they meet modern standards of safety and functionality. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their current condition
- Develop preservation plans and strategies to ensure the longevity of these structures
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to implement preservation projects
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national preservation guidelines
- Utilize specialized techniques and materials to restore historical features of buildings while maintaining their original integrity
- Monitor ongoing preservation projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in historic preservation or restoration projects
- Strong understanding of historical architecture styles and techniques
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will not be required to work on-site every day but must be available for site visits as needed.
