Commercial Architect



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Khanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial architecture
- Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws
- Proficiency in CAD software, as well as strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.
