Junior JAVA Developer



As a Junior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java programming language. You will work closely with a team of experienced developers to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements to existing applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java
- Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and design solutions
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java development
- Assist in testing, deploying, and maintaining applications
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the development process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of core Java concepts such as OOP, data structures, algorithms, etc.
- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Passion for learning new technologies and eagerness to take on new challenges

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Braga, Portugal (open to all nationalities)
