Online Consultant



As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues, and will work closely with our team to ensure a positive and satisfying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, or phone
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate department
- Assist with processing orders, payments, and refunds as needed
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our company's policies, procedures, and products/services
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement in processes or services

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Must be able to legally work in Aarhus without sponsorship
- Must be available for full-time work (40 hours per week)
