Online Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our dynamic team in Aarhus. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual customer support and assistance to clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through live chat, email, and phone to address inquiries, concerns, and technical issues
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and meeting the needs of clients
- Utilize product knowledge and resources to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Familiarity with online communication platforms such as live chat and email
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting abilities
Salary: 1700$ per month (part-time)
