We are a well-established accounting firm in Beer-Sheva, Israel seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in the Israeli market. This position will require handling various financial tasks such as preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and managing tax filings. Knowledge of Israeli tax laws and regulations is preferred.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of Israeli tax laws and regulations
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements for clients
- Analyze budgets and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Manage tax filings for clients according to Israeli regulations
- Communicate with clients regarding their financial status and provide guidance when needed
- Keep accurate records of all financial transactions
- Assist with audits when necessary
