Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales activities within our company in Lisbon. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales management or relevant role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify market trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
