Job Title: Loader Operator in Faro, Portugal



We are a leading construction company in Faro, Portugal seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to move materials, such as dirt, gravel, and debris, around the construction site
- Load and unload materials from trucks using the loader
- Perform routine maintenance on the loader to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times while operating the loader
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Loader Operator in a construction or similar environment
- Must have valid documentation to work in Portugal (visa sponsorship may be provided for exceptional candidates)
- Ability to operate various types of loaders efficiently and safely
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads as required

Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating other heavy machinery such as excavators or bulldozers
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for loaders
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese (but not required)
