We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends, and provide valuable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop data collection methods
- Clean, organize and manipulate large datasets using Excel, SQL or other tools
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in data
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders
- Develop predictive models based on historical data
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques (regression analysis, clustering)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
