Job Title: Commercial Architect
As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Copenhagen. Your main role will be to create functional and aesthetically appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while also adhering to local building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs
- Create detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare project specifications and cost estimates
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Oversee construction progress to ensure that project specifications are being met
- Make necessary changes or adjustments to designs based on client feedback or site conditions
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Keep up-to-date with new trends and materials in commercial architecture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture, preferably in Copenhagen
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
Salary: 1000$ per month
