Android Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Android Developer to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Android platform and experience with Java, Kotlin, and other relevant technologies. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features for our Android applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the mobile development industry
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Android Developer
- Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and other relevant programming languages
- Experience working with external APIs and web services
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing mobile applications for both phones and tablets
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for mobile devices
- Familiarity with Git version control system
- Understanding of software development best practices including testing, code reviews, and continuous integration
